Many AC companies will not touch refrigerators. We do, because our licence and our experience cover refrigeration and air conditioning together. The engineering principle is identical: a sealed circuit with a compressor, condenser and evaporator. What differs is the temperature range and the defrost system.
Domestic fridge faults
Weak cooling in the lower compartment, excessive freezer icing, water pooling underneath, loud compressor noise, circulation fan failure, and thermostat or defrost sensor faults.
Display chillers and commercial freezers
We service display units in grocery shops, restaurants and pharmacies, where a breakdown means immediate stock loss. We give these cases scheduling priority.
Defrost systems
Ice building on the evaporator is usually a defrost heater, timer or sensor fault, not low refrigerant. Diagnosing that circuit takes experience; replacing parts at random is expensive and pointless.

We stock thermostats, fans, sensors and compressors for most common brands, and tell you what is available and what the alternatives are before starting.

Do you repair shop display chillers?
Yes, and they are core work for us. We prioritise commercial cases because downtime means lost stock.
My freezer is over-freezing — why?
Usually a thermostat, temperature sensor or defrost circuit fault. It is rarely refrigerant-related, so charging is normally not the answer.
Do you repair all brands?
We work on most brands common in the Saudi market and stock thermostats, fans, sensors and compressors for them. If a part is unavailable we tell you immediately rather than stringing you along.
Is it worth repairing an old fridge?
If the compressor has failed and the unit is over twelve years old, replacing usually serves you better. We will say so plainly.
